Last December 7, Hunter Biden was accused of nine crimes related to tax evasion, for not paying income taxes on “several million dollars in income” from 2016 to 2020. Furthermore, these accusations follow three federal gun charges that were filed back in September 2023. If found guilty, this could result in more than ten years in prison for the son of Joe Biden.

The indictment described Hunter Biden as an educated lawyer, lobbyist, consultant, and businessperson. It also stated that Hunter Biden was affiliated with various business entities, highlighting their ties with the Chinese energy firm China Energy Co Ltd and Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings Limited. As part of the board of Burisma from 2014 to 2019, Hunter Biden received $1 million annually until his pay was reduced to $500,000/year in 2017.

Interestingly, there is no mention of the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) in the indictment, which raises questions about potential violations. According to the US Department of Justice, FARA requires the registration and disclosure of any “agent of a foreign principal” who engages in political activities on behalf of or works as a public relations counsel for a foreign principal.

Intensive research by Badlands Media co-founder Jon Herold has revealed evidence that both Hunter Biden and Joe Biden may have violated FARA regulations, based on the content of emails found on Hunter Biden’s laptop. The emails indicated questionable negotiations involving a think tank named Blue Star Strategies and Joe Biden’s influence in Ukraine.

The negotiations appeared to conclude with an email sent to Hunter Biden and his associates on November 2, 2015, discussing the proposed scope of work for Blue Star Strategies and seeking concrete actions and meetings with influential US officials to support Nikolay Zlochevsky, the CEO of Burisma. This confirms the depth of the Biden family’s involvement in strategic business and political activities.

Following this agreement, Burisma’s representative, Vadym Pozharskyi, confirmed a $60,000 retainer and scheduled calls to discuss the action plan for November to December 2015. Significantly, Joe Biden visited Ukraine on December 7-8, 2015, announcing an additional $1 billion in loan guarantees. This visit has raised suspicions about the Biden family’s undue influence on Ukraine’s political and business landscape.

In summary, this recent development has brought to light potential violations of FARA by both Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, potentially indicating a web of business and political activities that were strategically planned and executed to the benefit of the Bidens. These findings are bound to spark heated discussions and possible further investigations into the Biden family’s dealings and the impact of these revelations on their public image. Such revelations need to be taken very seriously and be transparently and objectively evaluated.
