Unlike others, this documentary was largely the result of the relentless efforts of a small group of protestors and J6 defendants, who collected numerous hours of footage to tell the story. Fischer’s extensive research into a multitude of J6 trials and police bodycam footage along with radio communications and officer testimonies had uncovered the disparities in the way J6 protests and Black Lives Matter protests were handled by the authorities.
